From timber preparation to machining, assembly and finishing. Step inside Evergreen’s Boranada factory.
Read the production journey
Timber and veneer. Seasoning, cutting, veneer preparation, splicing and hot pressing begin the production journey.
Machining and joinery. CNC nesting, an automatic finger-joint line and multi-spindle machining support component production.
Assembly and surfaces. Cabinet assembly, hands-on sanding and automatic oscillating spray coating bring together people and machinery.
Developing capabilities. The trolley-based finishing line is shown during installation. Plywood bending equipment, a conditioning chamber, a testing laboratory and an EMC chamber are identified as proposed additions in the company presentation.
