Good furniture begins with a respect for materials and the people who shape them.
Founded by Shamsher and Shampa Siddiqui in 1989, Evergreen began manufacturing leather garments for European buyers. In 1996, the company established its furniture division in New Delhi, supplying Habufa in the Netherlands. Today, Evergreen serves buyers across the USA, Canada, the UK, Europe and Australia.
Under the leadership of Shamsher Ahmed Siddiqui, Shampa Siddiqui and Armaan Siddiqui, we continue to invest in the people, skills and production capabilities behind every collection.

From export roots to integrated manufacturing.
- 1989
An export business takes shape
Shamsher and Shampa Siddiqui co-found Evergreen International, manufacturing leather garments for the European market.
- 1996
Furniture for the Dutch market
A new furniture manufacturing and export division begins in New Delhi, India, supplying Habufa in the Netherlands.
- 2001
The first Jodhpur factory
Evergreen establishes its first factory in Basni, Jodhpur, supplying Four Hands and Crate & Barrel.
- 2005
The beginning of Boranada
A small shed in Boranada, Jodhpur marks the start of a long-term manufacturing base. Evergreen’s supply relationship with John Lewis also begins.
- 2015
Room to grow
The Boranada factory expands, creating more space for furniture manufacturing.
- 2017
Investing in timber preparation
Construction begins on Evergreen’s Jodhpur seasoning factory.
- 2020
Building metal capability
Construction begins on the metal fabrication factory in Boranada.
- 2023
The main factory expands
The Boranada main factory expansion is commissioned.
- 2026
An integrated manufacturing hub
The newly commissioned campus brings solid wood seasoning, metal fabrication, solid wood and veneered components, and upholstered seating in fabric and leather into the same operating complex in Boranada, Jodhpur.

Our manufacturing footprint spans 350,000 sq ft, supported by four facilities across Gurgaon and Boranada, Jodhpur. Showrooms in both locations offer a combined 20,000 sq ft for buyers to explore the collections.
From product development and sampling to production and finishing, we work with retail buyers, importers, buying houses and liaison offices. Our Gurgaon team also collaborates with architects and interior designers on bespoke projects in Delhi NCR.
