CHAIRMAN & CO-FOUNDER

Shamsher Ahmed Siddiqui

Shamsher co-founded Evergreen International with Shampa Siddiqui in 1989, establishing a leather garment manufacturing and export business serving Europe. His experience in materials, sourcing and international trade laid the foundation for the company’s move into furniture.

Formerly Chairman and Managing Director of Deccan Leathers Limited, he led a business operating across Delhi NCR, Hyderabad and Chennai, with sourcing networks in North Africa and the Middle East.

He received an honorary doctorate from Sorbonne University, France, in recognition of his contributions to leather technology.

JOINT MANAGING DIRECTOR & CO-FOUNDER

Shampa Siddiqui

Shampa co-founded Evergreen International in 1989 and has helped build its journey from leather garment exports to furniture manufacturing for international markets.

Her leadership brings continuity to a family enterprise spanning generations, materials and markets, with a focus on the people and organisation behind Evergreen’s growth.

Over the years, she has received multiple recognitions for women’s entrepreneurship and export excellence from industry bodies and government organisations across Haryana, Delhi, Rajasthan and West Bengal.

JOINT MANAGING DIRECTOR & CEO

Armaan Siddiqui

Armaan holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Systems Engineering from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, USA. He formally joined Evergreen in 2016, bringing entrepreneurial experience in retail and international trade.

He is leading Evergreen’s next chapter through an upgraded furniture manufacturing campus and showrooms in Gurgaon and Jodhpur that present original collections for the export market. His focus connects product development, buyer relationships and manufacturing capability.

Evergreen’s ongoing technology upgrade includes AI-assisted dashboards and central information and planning hubs for production teams, bringing clearer visibility to planning and factory coordination.
